**Cancellation and Returns Policy**
**Cancellation:**
You have the option to cancel your order before a shipment number is issued. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it for you. If you wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped, a round-trip mailing fee of $30 will be deducted from your refund.
**Returns:**
Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. In cases where your package has left our warehouse for customs or is in transit, a $30 shipping fee (round-trip) will apply if you choose to return the item. Kindly note that the appearance of items may vary from the website pictures due to factors such as actual arrival status. Refunds or complaints arising from this discrepancy cannot be accepted.
If you have already received our gift package and wish to return it, a refund will be processed once the gift package is returned to us undamaged. When providing evidence for the return, please include comprehensive images of the shipping case (including shipping information and the item) and your order information (including item details).
**Eligibility for Returns:**
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in the original packaging.
**Exemptions from Returns:**
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are also non-returnable. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are exempt from returns.
**Refund Process:**
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
**Late or Missing Refunds:**
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account and credit card statements. Contact your credit card company or bank if needed, as processing times may vary. If further assistance is required, please contact us.
**Shipping and Exchanges:**
You are responsible for shipping your returned product to shipping address. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If the item is valued over $80, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Please be aware that the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on your location.
**Gifts:**
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and directly shipped to you, a gift credit for the value of your return will be issued once the returned item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
